Who are we?

Joanna Carr

Joanna Carr brings strategic CX guidance, program development expertise, and journey optimisation skills, further enriching the CX discourse.
She is also a judge for the ICXA and ECXA Awards and she serves on the advisory board for Scandinavia’s leading CX program at IHM Business School in Stockholm. In addition she is one of the Co Founders of The Norwegian CX Network.

Merete Medle

Merete Medle has over two decades of experience working with CX in various positions in Home alarms, Telecom, Saas companies within insight and analysis and now in the Real Estate Industry. She leads with a passion for HX, VOC, diversity, growth, and digital innovation. Merete is also the founder of The Norwegian CX Network (ncxn.no) and she won the Collaboration award at the WiCX conference in London 2023.

The CXPod - The Story

The CXpod started off as a hobby project between Joanna and Merete. After having met on Linkedin and worked together with The Norwegian CX Network, they decided that they wanted to create a "low key offering" for people to learn more about CX and what it really is about. As Joanna had lots of ideas of topics to talk about, and Merete had experience with podcasts from before, the first episode of "CX Podden" was released on Spotify on October 22nd 2022.

Then, after attending the WiCx Conference in London in October 2023, where Merete won the WiCx Collaboraton Award, the ladies were encouraged to transform the pod from a small Norwegian hobby project, to the format it has today: an international podcast about Customer, Employee and Human experience.

The CXPod is being listened to from all across the Nordics and Europe, and listeners from Canada and USA are increasing.
